During the rental
- Make sure utilities (electricity, gas, water), Wi-Fi, and TV services are connected and functioning throughout the entire rental period.
- If any service interruptions occur (such as Wi-Fi or utilities), kindly address the issue as quickly as possible. In cases where the issue can’t be resolved immediately, tenants may be entitled to a proportional rent refund for the affected days.
- If the issue significantly impacts the tenant’s stay and the property becomes uninhabitable, the rental contract can be terminated without compensation to the owner.
